Based in Williamstown, NJ, Jill Hartman brings nearly a decade of experience in human resources, with a specialized focus on employment relations, HR operations, and program and project management. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager – People Operations at Clarivate, a global technology company, where she spent almost seven years supporting HR initiatives across North and South America. Throughout her career, Jill has demonstrated a passion for HR enablement and a knack for cultivating efficient, people-centered practices across diverse teams.

Outside of her professional life, Jill enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, diving into a good book, exploring new breweries, and taking lively workout classes. Summer weekends often find her strolling through the vibrant streets of Philadelphia or unwinding along the Jersey Shore. At home, she shares life’s everyday joys with her husband Jeffrey, their cat Simon, and their dog Summer.
