Alexander-Ali Dalipi has been a leader in Human Resources and Payroll for over 20+ years, supporting companies and organizations in all aspects of HR and Payroll operations.

He is CEO and Founder of HR1Systems , a boutique firm supporting small to mid-size organizations in HR and Payroll Systems Implementations and a Managed Services Partner.

Alexander Ali is currently pursuing a Doctorates at Lehman College’s Organizational Leadership Development and Change program.

He holds a Master’s in Science degree in Human Resources Development specializing in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), People Analytics from Villanova University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from CUNY Hunter College.

Workshop Session 2-C: Storytelling Through Data Integrity & Data Visualization

This workshop will introduce the fundamentals of understanding datasets, data structure, and data integrity for payroll professionals. Familiarizing yourself with these basic concepts will allow the professionals to analyze, manipulate, and produce visual presentations of their data in a storytelling format. This begins the journey toward business intelligence analytical reporting to empower payroll leaders with the data needed to produce effective decision-making choices.
